How do I become a member?
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works or worships in Del Norte, Curry and Coos Counties, and their family members. Chetco Federal Credit Union is a financial cooperative providing complete financial services to our members. When you open a $5 share account at Chetco Federal Credit Union (CFCU) it becomes your "share" of the Credit Union.
Your Board of Directors is elected from this community by the general membership. These board members serve in a volunteer capacity. Credit Union ownership entitles you to vote for the Board of Directors, enjoy low-rate loans, high-yield investments and savings, and many other benefits that come along with being a member!
